Man Maker/Woman Maker PLUS
8 x 4 mins (or maybe 9) with 2 min recoveries
Dirtbags! Apologies for the late post!
It's been a while since we did the Man Maker/Woman Maker workout. For those who haven't had the pleasure - this is 8 x 3 min hills (or 9 x 3 min hills in the Woman Maker version)
Tomorrow, I am introducing you to the Man-Maker-PLUS (Woman-Maker-PLUS) workout - that's 8 x 4 mins (on 9 x 4 mins if you must) but to keep things a little 'easier' we'll do it on the flat.
So I propose we meet at the bottom of Benchlands, 6PM. I'm going to quickly check out the paved trail to Harvey Heights tomorrow afternoon, but potentially we may need to do this on the paved trail that parallels the TCH back towards Cougar creek. Either option will work!
The plan to keep us all together is 2 mins out, 2 mins back, for each interval, so we won't get too spread out. We'll take 2 mins rest, and repeat the effort x 8 (or 9!!)
