Dirtbags! Tomorrow's workout is a great one, courtesy of none other than Elizabeth Halleran! We did this one in April earlier in the year, and it was popular!
In mathematics, the Fibonacci sequence is a sequence in which each element is the sum of the two elements that precede it.
Tomorrow we will run a reverse Fibonacci progression run.
Let's meet at the bottom of Benchlands trail, usual spot by the jump park. 6PM sharp!
We'll jog on over towards Palliser and we'll do the workout on the Harvey Heights road/paved path.
The Reverse Fibonacci Progression will go like this:

The aim is to do the first 13 min effort at moderate intensity, then increase the effort with each progression. We'll keep mostl;y together with a bunch of out/backs.
