Halleran’s Hills tonight

Allllllright Dirtbags, it's Thursday tomorrow! Let's meet at the usual spot at the Nordic Center, we'll head out along the paved path and drop down to a hill we've run a few times for one of my fav workouts - 3/2/1 minute hills!
We'll do three sets of 3min/2min/1min uphill, jog back down to the same starting point for recovery in between each. This one is harder than it looks on paper, but it's a good time. And obviously, pub night at BWTC is the piece de resistance after a hard workout. See you all tomorrow!
Most importantly, good luck to all the Bow Valley runners racing the various Sinister 7 distances on Saturday and I heard someone is racing some 100km in Idaho this weekend!?
