Forebay Progression #5
Dirtbags!
Progression #5 is here - hopefully you were all there for the first four editions of this progression! It's definitely getting hard now!
So this will be progression number 5 of the 4 x 10 min Forebay workout!
Let's meet at the Nordic centre, usual spot, 6PM.
Progression #4 was 4 x 10 minute blocks , each block consisting of 4 x (1:15 steady, 1:15 fast).
Steady was essentially done at marathon pace, fast was closer to 5km pace.
For progression #5 - bring your speedsters! Each 10 min block will be 4 x (1:00 steady, 1:30 fast)
We will regroup after each 10 minute block.
Fuel up, bring some fluids and maybe sports drink! This one will be spicy!
