Dirtbags! Tomorrow will be your last chance to snag a beer mile/wine mile/beer mile relay race entry at Dirtbags. Tuesday at Trail Culture will actually be your very final chance, but what better way to tune up for a beer mile than with 400m forebay repeats! Hence tomorrow's session!
Meet 6PM up at Canmore Nordic Centre in our usual dirt lot.
We'll get in a good warm up on the forebay before jumping into 16 x 400m with 200m recovery jogs!
So we'll do 4 x 400m with 200m easy AND repeat this x 4 with a couple extra mins recovery between sets.
