"Floberg's Forebay Fartlek"
3 x 2 mins (with 1 min recoveries) 2 x 4 mins (with 2 min recoveries) 3 x 2 mins (1 min recoveries)

OK folks! Hopefully things will be a bit drier tomorrow! I certainly got drenched on my run this evening!
We are going to do a nice looking structured fartlek tomorrow - I'm calling this "Floberg's Forebay Fartlek" - I saw it on Eric Floberg's youtube channel (Chicago marathon build) - last night, and it seems appropriate!
We'll meet at the Nordic Centre - usual spot in the dirt parking lot, 6PM.
The workout will be on the forebay, so road or trail shoes will work.
After a decent warm up we'll run:
3 x 2 mins (with 1 min recoveries)
2 x 4 mins (with 2 min recoveries)
3 x 2 mins (1 min recoveries)
We'll take an extra minute or two between sets to recover and regroup.
The 2 mins will be at 5k pace, the 4 mins at 10k pace.
