4 mins hard uphill, 4 mins jog down recovery 3 mins hard uphill, 3 mins jog down recovery 2 mins hard uphill.....you get the gist!

On tap, a reverse pyramid on the Spray Hill.
Meet 6PM at the Nordic Centre - usual spot (first dirt lot on your left) From there, you'll jog on up to the bottom of the Spray hill for a 4,3,2,1,2,3,4 minute reverse pyramid, with equal rest.
So that will be 4 mins hard uphill, 4 mins jog down recovery; 3 mins hard uphill, 3 mins jog down recovery; 2 mins hard uphill.....you get the gist!
After the cool down, we'll gather in the Wood for a drink or two.
