OK folks! Something a bit different tomorrow - some pretty short but intense hill efforts! Road shoes will be ideal.

Basically almost everywhere in Canmore is either total death ice, or swampy slop, so here's the plan! Meet at the bottom of Benchlands Trail by the jump park - 6PM.

We'll jog on down the paved trail to Palliser to get warmed up.

The workout will start on the wide paved path back up from the Silvertip junction to the traffic lights, on the opposite side to the Fire hall. It's about 400m. We'll do 2 sets of 4 of these with jog down recovery, and a few extra minutes between sets.

Then we'll cross the highway and jog on down to Blondies. From there it's back up the hill for 200m (to the first junction) - that's around 180-200m. Let's aim to do 6 of these.
