"Forebay 4 x 10 progression #3"

Dirtbags!
Well it's time for progression #3 of our 4 x 10 min Forebay workout!
Meet at the Nordic centre, usual spot, 6PM.
If you were there for progressions #1 and #2 you'll remember we did 4 blocks of 10 minutes. Session 1 was basically 4 x 4 x (2 mins steady/30s hard); session 2 was 4 x 4 x (1:45 steady/45s hard)
Now for session 3.
For progression #3 we'll do 4 x 10 minute blocks again, but each block will consist of 4 x (1:30 steady, 60s fast). So that's 4 x 4 x (90s steady/60s hard). See what's happening!?
We will regroup after each 10 minute block.
