Double Uphill Moneghetti Fartlek!
2 x 90s 4 x 60s 4 x 30s 4 x 15s Equal rest.
Dirtbags! Well the good news is twofold tomorrow:
(1) No headlamps will be needed!!! Until Halloween!!!
(2) Bill Warren pub night is on!
So this means a Spray hill workout is in order.
Meet 6PM at the Nordic centre - let's meet underneath the big flag. From there we'll jog on up to our favourite hill, where on tap will be a Double Uphill Moneghetti fartlek.
For those that haven't done this before, it goes:
2 x 90s
4 x 60s
4 x 30s
4 x 15s
Equal rest.
The intervals come in fast and furious at the end! We'll jog back down after the first set and repeat.
After this, Mike Norton assures me there'll be enough beer & pizza to go round.
I have no idea if the hill is pure ice or pure dirt right now - anyone know?
