Dirtbags! I am hoping we will be somewhat out of the deep freeze by 6PM tomorrow, but check your thermometers before you head out!
Seeing as it may be a tad chilly, we are going to do some longer, threshold like intervals that will be guaranteed to keep us warm! Thanks to Liz H for the suggestion of a longer-cut down workout.
So with that, we'll meet 6PM at the Rundle boat launch. The dojo is in good shape by all account and mostly bare and dry. Road shoes will work.
After a decent warm up we'll up the intensity for:

2 x 3 mins
