Dirtbag Workout - for Sept 5, 2024

Dirtbags!

Tomorrow we are going to meet at Strides. The run will start at 6PM, but a few things of note for tomorrow!

Salomon demos will be on hand - including the new S-Lab ultra glide, but there are limited sizes, so arrive early if you want to demo these.

I believe you can try out the Genesis and Thundercross models too.

We will also be collecting items for those affected by the Jasper fire.

Items in need:

Running shoes

Winter jackets

Gloves/toques

Winter boots

Items should be in good condition. We all have way too many running clothes and shoes anyway, right?

For the run, I am still working on this, but I am keen to hit the river trail. Road or trail shoes should work, and of course those Salomon demos will be ideal!

I'm thinking something like 10 x 2 mins hard with 90s easy should do the trick!
