Grant Flagler will be leading tomorrow's workout, as I'll be sitting in Phoenix where it's going to be 27C, with a G&T, patiently awaiting the start of the Black Canyons 100km race with Saira, Liz and Sarah! But enough of that - here's what you'll all be doing 😂
Meet at the Nordic Centre at 6pm. Usual spot. Grant will lead you all on up to the Spray Hill where you'll be doing a little Hill Pyramid.
This one goes, 1,2,3,2,1 mins (equal rest) - so 1 min hard up, 1 min easy jog down, 2 min hard up, 2 min easy jog down etc...
Regroup after each set.
