Good evening all! I hope a few of you are up for some steamy sauna action post run, or perhaps a nice refreshing ice bath? 😂😂
Let's meet a little earlier tomorrow at 5:45pm and we can throw a few beers in the One Wellness fridge for afterwards. If you're a bit late you'll just have to leave it in the car and hopefully it won't freeze!
So the plan is to meet outside One Wellness around 5:45 - I'll be there from 5:30 if you are early. Parking on Kananaskis way can be a bit limited so get there early if you can, or walk over.

If you plan to stay for sauna/steam room and ice bath, please bring your bathing suit and a towel. If you haven't been here before, it really is a great spot to relax in afterwards!
Thanks to Hugh Simson and staff for offering this to us! You will need a mask to walk through the facility to our private spa area, and given that we are using a steam room etc, if you are at all feeling under the weather, please stay home ☺️

In terms of the workout, I am thinking we'll jog on over to Cougar creek where we ran a few weeks ago and do some hill repeats. 10 - 12 x 90s, with jog back down recovery is the plan. It's looking cold so we'll play it by ear.
