DBR Workout for Oct 10: Park2Pint Recce run (aka 8 x 3 mins)

Alright Dirtbags, let's mix it up this week with a new meeting location - the field in front of Our Lady of the Snows out in Three Sisters at 6pm.
This just so happens to be the Start/Finish for the Park2Pints 10km/5km race happening October 19th, so I thought we could scope out the course so that those racing can dial in their pacing strategy - it’s a hilly one!
We'll follow the course and warm up for 10-15 minutes.
Then, we'll jump into a Dirtbags Classic - 8 x 3min at 5-10km pace, 3 minutes easy jog, where we'll regroup to keep everyone together.
We should be able to cover the full 10km with a proper warm up and cooldown - perhaps it will inspire the last of you sitting on the fence to sign up for the race, as there are still a few spots left.
Beer location TBD - road shoes recommended for this one!
