DBR workout for June 27!! Guest leader: Kylie McKendrick!

“Hey All.

Somehow I've been chosen as the guest leader for this week's workout! We will meet up at Nordic Centre under the row of flags in the stadium - 6PM.

We're going to run the workout along ski trails out towards the warming hut and back on Meadowview trail.

Workout is:

Warmup
4min. hard x2
3min. hard x2
2min. hard x2
1min. hard x2
All with 2min break in between where we will regroup as much as possible.


Bonus fun at the end.....good old fashioned relay race with a partner around the "track" in the stadium (4 laps).

Beers and pizza at the pub post run - hopefully on the patio! See you all there!”
