Dirtbags! Enough of this pavement nonsense! Boston is in the back mirror for a few of us so it's time to hit the dirt again! Thank goodness, I'm sure my hips and knees can take any more of that incessant pounding! It's officially trail running season 😁

It's been a while since we did a Quarry Lake pyramid, and it's one of my favorites. So let's meet at Quarry Lake, 6PM.

We'll do a short 10 min warm up then tomorrow's pyramid will go like this:

1 min hard (1 min easy)
2 mins hard (1 min easy)
3 mins hard (1 min easy)
2 mins hard (1 min easy)
1 min hard (1 min easy)
2 MINS RECOVERY
REPEAT x 3 sets

After this it's a short cool down jog, then beer some place! See you all tomorrow. Everyone is welcome, and this is a sociable one!
