Dirtbags! We've had a few longer efforts lately, so let's hit some shorter hill intensity tomorrow.
We did this workout last year - 'The Ingebrigtsen Hill Workout'.
2 sets of 10 x 40s hills, made famous by Jakob Ingebrigtsen - so bring your Lactate meter if you're into full-on Norwegian style.
So I propose we meet at the boat launch on Rundle drive @6PM.
We'll get in a good longish warmup on the paved path, then head on up to the hill beside Doug's place where we'll hit the hills.

It's bone dry, so bring your road shoes!
