DBR workout for 19th Sept: 'The 5/5/5'
5 x 3 mins (2R)
5 x 30s hills (walk down recovery)
5 x 15s flat sprints (full recovery)
Dirtbags! Well Mike Norton decided to hold one more Bill Warren pub night, and the forecast looks good, so I guess we are running from the Nordic centre again!
Meet at 6PM - usual spot in the dirt lot nearest the main road!
I reckon we should do the 5/5/5/ workout as it's been a while, and this is one of my favorites.
Basically it's:
5 x 3 mins (2R)
5 x 30s hills (walk down recovery)
5 x 15s flat sprints (full recovery)
