DBR workout August 17, 2023 - The Dirtbag Triathlon - Run/Swim/Beer
2 sets of 10 x 1 min hard/1 min easy.
Well I'm back folks and though I may be a bit slow tomorrow, I'll be there!
We'll meet at the Nordic centre 6PM in the usual spot.
It looks like a scorcher so I am going to propose we do our workout on the forebay then take a dip to cool off!
How about we get in about a 15 min warm up, then do 2 sets of 10 x 1 min hard/1 min easy.
Then we'll swim, then drink beer!
