Grant will be leading a run tomorrow for those that aren't racing Strides & Glides.

Meet 6PM at Canmore Nordic Centre - usual spot in the dirt lot on the left.

Grant has a great sounding workout for you - "Flagler's Fartlek"

I believe it is something like this:

Warm up jog
5 x 15s sprints on the flat (1 min R)
6 x 1 min hills (1 min R)
5 x 15s sprints
6 x 1 min flats
Cool down
