DBR Bow Valley Workout for Nov 9, 2023: "The 4-8-8"

Dirtbags! The LGMS track is still in great shape, so we should take advantage of this tomorrow!

Meet at the track 6PM.

I have a great workout that will keep both the speedsters and the aerobic machines happy.

We will start with a good warm up, then jump into:

4 x 300m (short rest - 30-45s)

8 x 200m (100m walking recovery)

8 x 100m (easy jog back recovery)

We can finish with a few easy jogging laps at the end if you need more!Fuel up, this one is fun!
