No accountants tomorrow....

Dirtbags - well I figure it's about time we started another Canova progression style workout.

We worked through this one last year, and the sessions get progressively harder. The first session tomorrow is the easiest of the set!

So let's meet at the bottom of Benchlands trail, 6PM. We'll warm up with an easy jog along to Cougar creek, which is totally dry! Road shoes will be ideal.

Here's the workout! You may remember the format.

4 blocks of 10 mins, run at a steady (moderate) pace, but with a twist. Every 2 minutes we'll pick the pace up for 30 secs, then settle back in to our steady pace for the next 2 mins. After 10 mins we'll take a couple of minutes rest, regroup some, then go again.

We'll do 4 blocks of 10 mins, then back down to Benchlands to finish. I'm sure we'll be heading out for a beverage afterwards!
