Benchlands Hill Repeats & Hill Sprints
Dirtbags - well I was expecting a blizzard tomorrow but it seems we get a bit of a reprieve.
On tap tomorrow - 10 x 2 min hills, with jog down recovery, then 5 x 10s hill sprints. We'll continue to work the high end aerobic side of things with the 2 min efforts, then really engage our fast twitch fibres for the final sprints! This one will cook the legs, I have no doubt!
Options are a bit limited so we are going to run this on the paved sidewalk going up Benchlands from the jump park!
So let's meet at 6PM in the parking lot at the bottom of Benchlands. We'll get in a decent warm up then head on up Benchlands for the hill repeats.
Beers will be served at Sheepdog afterwards!
