Dirtbags - firstly, a heads up that the Annual Dirtbag Runners Bow Valley Beer Mile date is now set - JUNE 26th is the day - and YES, you will want to take June 27 off work 😂.

I will be posting more info as we get closer, but if you are wanting to race, then get yourself out to either Dirtbags or Trail Culture on Tuesdays! This will guarantee you an entry into North America's premier BEER MILE event. There will be prizes galore, incredible costumes, great competition, and this year, a new TEAM event - so stay tuned!

For tomorrow's workout, we'll revisit a staple of the last few years - the Powerplant Switchbacks & Flats workout.

So meet at 6PM by the Rundle Boat Launch and we'll get in a good warm up on the river trail.

For the workout, we split into 2 groups. One group will do some speedy flats, while the other group will slog up the switchbacks, down the stairs, and repeat. We then switch.

We'll do 6 mins of hills/stairs, break for 2 mins, then do 6 mins of flats. We'll aim for 3 sets of this (3 hills/3 flats). If unclear, all will be explained tomorrow.

We are never that spread out on this one, so it's very sociable!
