"Apres 400s" - DBR workout Feb 13
400m hard, 200m easy continuous for 10 minutes - thats one set! 5 mins recovery jog, and then 2 more sets.

We've had some hill action the last 2 weeks so tomorrow we'll keep things a bit flatter.
I propose we meet at the Rundle Boat Launch, 6PM, then head out for our warmup towards Millenium Park.
We'll do the workout on the wide gravel path out there.
I ran there recently - road or trail shoes will be fine.
Well mark some out and backs of 400m and 200m and the workout will go like this:
400m hard, 200m easy continuous for 10 minutes - thats one set!

This will be a great workout to keep us all close together, then we'll be suspiciously close to downtown - haha I hear you say!
Well, I have made a reservation at a new spot that Hilary insisted on dragging us into last week - 'Apres' - right under The Wood. They serve great cocktails and beer, and it has a cool vibe!
I reserved space for 15 but I am sure they would welcome a few more if folks are keen.
