The GOAT's favorite workout....

OK Dirtbags! Time to get back to it! Last week's turnout was abysmal, but a few of us were out there getting a headstart on 2026!

Apparently Mike Norton says Pub Night is not optional tomorrow, so let's meet at the Nordic Centre - usual spot in the dirt lot on the left.

We'll run on up to the Spray Hill (it was in great shape today!) and do 2 sets of 8 x 30/30s.

That's 30s hard, 30s easy x 8.

We'll regroup and take a short break before the second set.

An awesome workout and a great way to kickstart your 2026 running!

I didn't use spikes and things were fine this morning but microspikes would work just fine too!
