2 x 8 x 200m hills
Bill Warren Pub night is back team! So let's meet at 6PM tomorrow under the big flag at CNC.
We will jog on up and over to the paved Grassi Lakes road, where we'll do the workout.
It was clear of snow and ice last time I was up there, so road shoes or trail shoes will work.
For the main session we will run uphill for 8 x 200m, with jog down recoveries.
We'll jog easily for a few minutes then repeat for a second set.
So that's 2 x 8 x 200m hills.
A great session for running economy and to work the anaerobic side of things, which we don't often touch! I reckon Klaebo probably does these on skis....
And if you want to feel like a true Norwegian, maybe get in a 6 x 2km threshold in the morning....
