Dirtbags! It feels like it's been a while since we did a pyramid.

So I propose we do the "Boat Launch Pyramid" this Thursday.

It looks like there may be a little snow falling later in the day, so I propose we keep it flat, and the new paved trail out towards Three Sisters from the Boat launch on Rundle Drive is as good a place as any.

If you are in the final stages of your marathon build, or if you've got a big three day block of training this long weekend, then feel free to do my favorite "Half-Assed-Dirtbags". I certainly will be, 🤣.

So, we should meet at 6PM at the Rundle Boat Launch. We'll get in a decent warm up with a few strides, then jump into the pyramids.

We'll regroup, then repeat x 3 sets (that's 27 mins of hard work).
The short rest will necessitate keeping this one 'aerobic'.
