The "Tank 310 Progression"

Dirtbags! Tank 310 will be hosting us tomorrow! Thanks Dominique!

It's highly recommended that you run/bike over there for 6PM (parking is tight and the big junction by the rail tracks is a shit show right now!)

We'll do the workout over on the Silvertip Hill.

The workout will be 5 X (30s easy, 20s moderate, 10s hard)

Repeat x 3 sets with jog down recovery between sets.

We'll run on back to Tank 310 for some post-workout beer, food, tunes, lawn games and all around good times with your run buddies!
