"The Quad Blaster" - May 23 workout
Dirtbags! If you hadn't guessed, I'm into hilly workouts on the trails right now (I wonder why?)
So, tomorrow - guess what - a hilly workout on the trails.
This one is a toughie! "The Quad Blaster"
Let's meet down by the Biathlon Range in the Nordic Centre - 6PM.
We get a great long warm up - all the way down to the bottom of the Georgetown Interpretive trail.
For the workout it's:
5,4,3,2,1 min hills (with jog down recovery)
Then we'll finish with 5 x 30s hard on the way back up.
Bring some fluids, a sense of humour and a bear spray!
