DBRs Workout July 20, 2023 "Puke-Hill Sprints"

OK DBs! I'm feeling like some Hill Sprints tomorrow. A great way to build some running specific strength, improve your running economy, and they're fun!!


Let's meet at the Nordic Centre 6PM in the usual spot.

We'll jog very easily all the way out to the meadow, with a few strides en route, where we'll do our sprints on Puke Hill! You know the one!


Let's do 10 x 12s sprints with full walk down recovery in between.


Then we'll do a little trail tempo back to the Bill Warren, with 2 x 6 mins moderate, with 2 mins recovery in between efforts.


Hope to see a bunch of folks there! Refreshments as always will be served at Bill Warren Pub Night!
