DBR Workout Feb 16, 2023 "38 MINS UPHILL"

Dirtbags! It's time for a little more hill action.

About the only place that isn't lethal right now is the Spray Hill. It is in great shape - pretty much dry dirt all the way up. Spikes NOT necessary, unless it snows.


This is a great hill pyramid. We last did this in June 2020.

Meet 6PM at the Nordic centre - usual spot. Bring your endurance legs as we'll be doing a bit of uphill tomorrow!


Warm up, then...

4 mins x 2 (2R)

5 mins x 2 (2R)

4 mins x 2 (2R)

3 mins x 2 (2R)


The key here is to keep the pace moderate otherwise you WILL blow up. 38 mins of uphill running. What could be better.....
