DBR Bow Valley workout for April 27, 2023 "Quarry Lake 10 x 2"

Dirtbags!

I was just out running up near Quarry Lake. The gravel path around the lake is in good shape, so I propose we meet up there tomorrow.

6PM - usual time.

We'll jog a couple of easy loops around the lake to warm up then we'll do -

10 x 2 mins hard (90s easy)

This is a moderately stressful workout in terms of load, with some speed injection, so a great primer for those of you heading out to Vancouver for a 42.2km jaunt next weekend!

Remember everyone is welcome to these sessions. All abilities are welcome, we don't care if you're just getting into running, or if you've got 3 Olympic gold medals in the closet! If you've been sitting on the fence, come and give this one a go! Everyone goes at their own pace so there is no stress!
